You may use the app for personal, lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, redistribute, or attempt unauthorized access to the app.
4. Quran Text and Translations
The app is a reading tool and does not replace qualified religious scholarship. Translations, where provided, are interpretations of meaning and are not the Arabic Quran itself. If you identify a text issue, please contact us.
5. Intellectual Property
The app’s design, software, branding, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Om Tripathi. Quran text and translation rights remain with their respective rights holders where applicable.
6. Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim for a reliable experience but do not guarantee that the app will always be available or error-free.
7. Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. It is a reading utility and does not provide religious rulings, professional advice, or guarantees of any spiritual outcome.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Om Tripathi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the app.
